Public comment is limited to two (2) minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.<\/p>\n<h1>I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CALL TO ORDER AND COMMITTEE ROLL CALL<\/h1>\n<p>Members: Joyce Fletcher-Chair, Karen DiBiase, Kate Kennedy, Julian Tu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES \u2013 June 2, 2025<\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT \u2013 <\/strong>Two-minute comments from the public on non-agenda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>items that are within the WHWCNC\u2019s Board jurisdiction and within the committee\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Each speaker will also be allowed a two (2) minute comment on each agenda item.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>IV.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AGENDA ITEMS<\/h1>\n<p>For discussion and possible action:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Discussion to send a recommendation to request that CalTrans work with CD3 and the Warner Center Implementation Board to find an answer for implementing the widening of the Canoga off ramp.<\/li>\n<li>Request the WHWCNC have a 30-minute board meeting presentation and Q &amp; A provided by the LAPD to discuss home safety remedies in lieu of the many burglaries and recent murders in our community.<\/li>\n<li>Discussion about ways to support diversity, seniors, veterans and LGBTQ neighbors in our community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Plan a project or NPG to support Woodland Hills\u2019 American Legion Post 826 and its<\/p>\n<p>75<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Discussion about events and committee goals for fiscal year 2025\/2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>How to form a WHWCNC non-profit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>New Business \u2013 for discussion and possible action at the next committee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>ADJOURNMENT<\/h1>\n<p>As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Los Angeles does not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities.
