(2 minutes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Public comment per item on the agenda. (2 minutes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>IV.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AGENDA ITEMS<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For discussion and possible action:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Discussion related to obtaining permanent Holiday Lights and Decorations for Ventura Blvd<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>in Woodland Hills to be installed each year during the Holiday Season<\/p>\n<p>Discussed how each committee member can help with the process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Discussion of committee goals for 2024\/2025.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Committee member reports related to discussions with Ventura Blvd. BID Directors about<\/p>\n<p>how they obtained holiday lights and their costs.<\/p>\n<p>The committee goal is to have decorations resolved no later than August 2025.<\/p>\n<p>How the committee will obtain support from local businesses in the form of decorating<\/p>\n<p>their business store fronts. How the Chamber and NC will sponsor a Holiday Award for<\/p>\n<p>best decorations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Discussion related to developing a standard set of questions for obtaining information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>so, the ad hoc committee asks key questions when gathering information.<\/p>\n<p>This would help us gather consistent information across all communications to inform our<\/p>\n<p>2025 planning and ensure we collect comparable data about funding, implementation, and<\/p>\n<p>logistics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Discussion about whether to meet in person, on zoom or both.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>New Business \u2013 for discussion and possible action at the next committee meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>ADJOURNMENT<\/h1>\n<p>As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Los Angeles does \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request will provide reasonable accommodation \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities.
