Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. HALLOWEEN \/ FALL ACTIVITIES.<br \/>\nFinal outcome of competition. Discussion for next year.<br \/>\n6 HOLIDAY CHEER AND TREES.<br \/>\nDiscussion about tree decoration.<br \/>\n7. Confirmation regarding the NPG FOR WEST VALLEY FOOD PANTRY<br \/>\nConfirmation that the Motion for the board to approve a NPG for $,1000.00 for the West Valley Food Pantry from the Budget line item NPG General Fund was made last meeting. If not, a motion will be made. The Food Pantry provides food and meals to all members of the community who may be experiencing food insecurity, especially during the winter and holiday season.<br \/>\n7. Update about Lee Marks about the NC donating to the WH Park. Although the bench program is stopped, investigation into other NPG.<br \/>\n8. Update about B.I.D discussions.<br \/>\n9. Partnering with Sean for city clean ups.<br \/>\n10. New business for next year?<br \/>\n11. Report on current activities in the community.<br \/>\nAdjournment of Meeting:<br \/>\nThe next Committee Meeting will be held on January 3, 2021, by teleconference.
