VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING and PHONE NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

In conformity with the Governor\u2019s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meetings will be\u00a0conducted entirely telephonically<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833 and enter Zoom ID No. 868 5099 2271 and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Zoom users should use the \u201craise hand\u201d feature.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

A copy of this agenda is also physically posted on the outside of the window of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber located at 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Ste 2330, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. The Chamber is located<\/strong><\/p>\n

at the Promenade Mall outside the east entrance of the mall and to the left of Ruth Chris Restaurant.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chamber office is accessed from Owensmouth Street. Parking is free.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nStakeholder Public Comment will be taken on each agenda item: (2) minutes per speaker 1) Discussion of Mission and Focus of Committee.
\n2) Discussion of possible revision of the WHWCNC bylaws. See posted supporting documents.
\n3) Discussion of LAUSD redistricting commission which will affect Woodland Hills and adjacent areas.
\nWoodland Hills is currently represented by two board members, Nick Melvoin and Scott Schmerlson.<\/p>\n

7. Item for action and : Motion to revote on Calvert Community improvement grant previously approved by
\nboth the Education Committee and the full WHWCNC council. Correct the funding date to fiscal year 2021.

\nareas under the committee\u2019s purview.<\/p>\n
