\nVIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING
\nVIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
\nIn conformity with the Governor\u2019s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over
\nCOVID-19, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meeting will be conducted entirely telephonically.
\nEvery person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833, and enter Webinar
\nID: 831 6673 0576 and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment
\nwill be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by
\nthe presiding committee member, to address the Committee on any agenda item before the committee
\ntakes an action on an item.
\nComments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.
\nComments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board\u2019s jurisdiction
\nwill be heard during the General Public Comment period. Please note that under the Brown Act, the
\nBoard is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment
\nperiod; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board
\nmeeting. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the
\nBoars. Public Comment is limited to 15 minutes total per item.

\nConstruction of a phased mixed-use development comprised of two mixed-use buildings with 852 dwelling units and a commercial building with a hotel. Project proposes 1,154,178 SF of floor area for a 3:01 floor area ratio. Present use: commercial; Proposed use: Apartments, work-live, retail, hotel. Action requested: Parcel map to subdivide the site into three ground lots; 2 project Permit Compliance Review for a phased, unified mixed-use development within the Warner Center Specific Plan, Downtown District.
\n6. New Cases, Review of Current Cases, and Committee Business.
\nThe committee will discuss the status of currently outstanding cases and assignment of new cases for consideration at future meetings.
