In conformity with the Governor\u2019s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meetings will be conducted entirely telephonically<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833 and enter Zoom ID No. <\/u><\/strong>876 7396 0528 <\/u>and<\/u><\/strong> then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting.<\/u><\/strong> The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Zoom users should use the \u201craise hand\u201d feature.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

A copy of this agenda is also physically posted on the outside of the window of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber located at 6101 Owensmouth Street, Ste 2330, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. The Chamber is located <\/strong><\/p>\n

at the Promenade Mall outside the east entrance of the mall and to the left of Ruth Chris Restaurant. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chamber office is accessed from Owensmouth Street. Parking is free. <\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Discussion of bi-weekly WHWCNC email newsletter to be distributed via Constant Contact. We need to assign committee members to write, edit and post the newsletter. We also need a committee member to enter new email addresses into the CC database. Target for the first newsletter is October 6th<\/sup> 2021<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Discuss coordination with Dena Weiss and Community Services Committee plans to publicize a possible Halloween event and other Community Services events. Discussion of how to implement WHWCNC Halloween costume contest. Direct Uploads or email submission? Creation a new webpage on the site to host the photos and how the photos will be moderated to avoid inappropriate content.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
