\nThe public is requested to fill out a speaker card to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on matters not appearing on this Agenda that are within the Board\u2019s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the public comment period. Public comment is limited to two (2) minutes per speaker, up to a total of six (6) minutes per speaker, per meeting unless waived by the presiding officer of the Board.
\nAgenda is posted for public review at the West Valley Municipal Building, 19040 Vanowen Street, Reseda, CA 91335 and at the Marvin Braude Building, 6262 Van Nuys Boulevard, Van Nuys, CA 91401.
