STANDING RULES
\nWOODLAND HILLS – WARNER CENTER NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL
\nStanding rules shall be adopted by the Board of Directors to clarify and supplement the
\nadministration of the Bylaws. Such rules shall be in addition to the Bylaws and shall not be
