Comments within the Board\u2019s subject matter jurisdiction on other matters not appearing on the Agenda will be heard
during the Public Comment period. Public Comment is limited to 20 minutes. Each speaker is limited to two minutes,
unless waived by the presiding officer of the Council.

September to June meetings will be tentatively held at Woodland Hills Academy, Multi-Purpose Room
(\u201cMPR\u201d), 20800 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 at 6:30 p.m. July and August 2014 meetings
are to be held at a venue to be determined at a later date. <\/p>\n
