If you have not already applied, be sure to by the deadline. Apply online 24 hrs \/ 7 days a week until closing of application at<a href=\"http:\/\/housingiskey.com\/?fbclid=IwAR1V6vZN3XHQ9fkaLx_7NclXxyarKxY1BVIpX9YfxEpLCs9cTTl29L6EG1Q\"> housingiskey.com<\/a>, or call (833) 430-2122.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The program provides <strong>free financial assistance to landlords and renters<\/strong> who need help with <strong>unpaid or future rent or utilities <\/strong>owed up to March 31, 2022. Landlords and renters are both encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Income-eligible applicants may qualify regardless of immigration status and will not be required to show proof of citizenship. Assistance from the CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program does NOT count as earned income (for renters) and will NOT affect eligibility for any other state benefit assistance programs, such as CalFresh or CalWORKS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you need assistance in another language, or if you need help determining if you\u2019re eligible, filling out an application, or uploading required paperwork, schedule an appointment with an organization near you by calling 833-687-0967.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Do not delay.<\/h2>\n<p>Multilingual services available.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attention Tenants and Landlords: Need help with unpaid rent?
