Canoga Ave."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New mixed-use Development to be built on the existing site of the Fry\u2019s Electronics Store in Warner Center at 6100 Canoga Blvd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The public is invited to attend &amp; make public comment at a Special Presentation, review and discussion related to a new proposed development to be built at the site of the existing Fry\u2019s Electronics Store located at 6100 North Canoga Avenue in Warner Center. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Discussion of the proposed development will include: demolition of existing Fry\u2019s building and construction of a master-planned mixed-use development containing proposed 852 residential units in two buildings, approximately 2,064 square feet of ground floor retail\/grocery and a proposed 204 guest room hotel with 1,389 on-site parking spaces and 365 bicycle spaces.
