There was a good turnout for tonight’s CD3 debate. The candidates fielded questions on pension reform, the Village at Westfield project, the Gross Receipts tax, tagging, group homes and campaign financing.Only 35 days until the election to replace Councilman Dennis P. Zine who is termed out.
